ANY SALE IS ON THE STRICT UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS REESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THE PART(S) PURCHASED IS CORRECT FOR HIS OR HER VEHILCE IN RELATION TO YEAR OF MANUFACTURER, MAKE AND MODEL

ANY INCORRECTLY ORDERED PART(S) BY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% HANDLING CHARGE. ANY ITEM SENT REQUIRING A REFUN WILL ONLY BE DONE ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PURCHASED ITEM OR ITEMS BACK TO US. ANY POSTAL COST OR RETURNING ANY ITEM IS DOWN TO THE BUYER AND AT NO POINT WILL WE AS THE SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN POSTAL COST.

IF ANY ITEM PURHASED DEVELOPES A FAULT WITH IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 14 DAYS THEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT A MICHANICAL INVESTIGTIVE EXAMINATION - THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO SAFEGUARD YOU THE CUSTOMER AND US AS THE SELLER REGARDING ANY SUBSEQUENT LIBILTY.

ANY PART WHICH IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY, SUBSTANDARD OR UNSERVICE WHICH WAS SUPPLIED BY US WILL BE EXCHANGED, REPAIRED OR MONEY REFUNDED PROVIDED WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WITH IN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. CERTAIN ITEMS PURCHASED COME WITH NO WARRANTY AT ALL. YOU THE BUYER WILL BE NOTED OF THIS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

ANY RETURED ITEM WILL ONLY COME UNDER OUR WARRANTY IF THE ITEM PURCHASED HAS NOT BEEN SUBJECT TO MISUSE, ALTERATION OR ANY FORM OF DAMAGE AND IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SENT BY US AND RECEIVED BY YOU THE BUYER.

AS A SELLER WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED ITEM ONCE IT LEAVES OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. ROYAL MAIL OR ANY OTHER DELIVERY BUSINESS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IS RESPONSIBLE AND ANY INSURANCE CLAM WILL BE SETTLED ONCE WE THE SELLER REVIEVES COMPENSATION AND NOT BEFORE.

ON ANY PART SOLD THAT IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CARRY OUT OUR OWN INSPECTION. WE ACKNOWLEDGE THE RIGHT TO DO SO ON THE TERMS THAT IF A DISPUTE ARIESES - OR MAY RISE, WE WILL COMMISSION THE SERVICES OF AN INDEPENDENT ENGINEER TO ESTABLISH THE CAUSE OF THE FAULT AND TO SEE IF INDEED WE SOLD YOU A FAULTY ITEM AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF AT ANY TIME YOU THE CUSTOMER STOPS OUR ENGINEER OR A REPRESENT OF US FROM CARRYING OUT ANY INSPECTION OF THE FAULTY ITEM THEN ANY WARRANTY IF OFFERED AT THE TIME OF SALE WILL BE VOILD

AS A SELLER WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER OR PURCHASER IF ANY PART OR PART(S) SUPPLIED BY US IS OR BECOMES FAULTY AND IT DEEMS YOUR VEHICLE UN-DRIVABLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY GARAGE BILL, RECOVERY BILL, CAR HIRE COST, HOTEL BILL OR ANY OTHER BILL YOU MAY INCUR.

YOU THE CUSTOMER MUST NOTE THAT ANY PART OR PART(S) BOUGHT BY YOU FROM US THE SELLER ARE SECOND HAND AND IN A PREVIOUSLY USED STATE AND NOT NEW OR RECONDITIONED. AS A SELLER ALL ITEMS ARE AUTO-SALVAGE AND SOLD AS SUCH.

WHILE WE ALWAYS TRY TO PROVIDE YOU THE CUSTOMER EXCELLENT VALUE WE CAN NOT ALWAYS GUARATEE EACH PART SOLD TO BE ABSOLUTELY PREFECT AND THIS IS REFLECTED IN OUR PRICES WHEN COMPARED TO THAT OF A BRAND NEW ITEM.

VEHICLE PANELS - DOORS, BONNETS, TAILGATES - ETC

ALL VEHICLE PANELS THAT WE SELL ARE SECOND HAND AND IN PREVIOUSUSED CONDITION. THEY ARE REMOVED FROM SECOND HAND VEHICLES, VEHICLES THAT HAVE VARIOUS MILEAGES AND VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN DRIVEN IN VARIOUS WAYS ALL DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS OWNERS, KEEPERS DRIVES.

YOU WILL HAVE TO EXPECT THE ODD BLEMISH IN THE PAINTWORK, THE ODD DEFECT AS IN A PAINT CHIP OR CHIPS, SCRATCH ECT. AS A SELLER WE ALWAYS TRY TO PROVIDE YOU THE CUSTOMER THE BEST DESCRIPTION WE CAN OF ANY DEFECT WE FIND ON ANY PANEL OR PANELS YOU HAVE ASKED FOR.

ANY COLOUR CODED ITEM AS A BUMPER OR MIRROR FOR EXAMPLE MAY NEED A TOUCH UP PEN OR TOTAL RESPRAY DUE TO AGE RELATED MARKS OR IMPERFECTIONS



ENGINE SALES

ANY ENGINE WE SELL USUALLY MEANS JUST FOR THE BARE ENGINE BLOCK AND IS PRICED ACCORDINGLY. USALLY WHEN WE SELL AN ENGINE THE STARTER MOTOR, ALTERNATOR, COIL PACK, TURBO UNIT IF FITTED, INTERCOOLER IF FITTED, MANIFOLD ECT WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE SALE.

IF YOU REQUIRE A COMPLETE ENGINE THEN PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. WE WILL TRY OUR VERY BEST TO PROVIDE YOU THE CUSTOMER WHT YOU NEED AT THE TIME OF SALE. IF AT ANY TIME YOU THE BUYER RECIEVES AN ENGINE WITH ANY BOLT ON PART WHEN YOU HAVE PURCHASED A BARE ENGINGE BLOCK THEN THESE ITEMS WILL BE LOOKED UPON AS A FREE ITEM. IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN IF ABY BOLT ON ITEM BECOME FAULTY DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD OR DEEMS THE ENGINE BLOCK TO BECOME FAULTY FROM BREAKDOWN THEN WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS THE ENGINE BLOCK, CYLINDER HEAD AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PART(S) ONLY. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ANCILLARY ITEM OR ITEMS WHICH MAY BE STILL BOLTED ON. ADDITIONALLY FROM THE ALREADY MENTIONED ITEMS ABOVE THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE SUMP, WATER PUMP, GASKETS, OIL, AND WATER SEALS, TURBO, DISTRIBUTOR, SENSORS, PULLEYS AND SPROCKETS ETC 

ANY ENGINE WE SELL WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOU THE BUYER TO REPLACE THE CAM BELT OR CHAIN - PLUGS - COMPLETE A FULL SERVICE AND USE QUALITY MOTOR OIL

ALSO USE A GOOD QUALITY ANTI-FREEZE AND SUMMER COOLENT

ANY WARRANTY WE OFFER OF 14 DAYS IS VOID IF YOU THE BUYER DO NOT CARRY OUT A FULL SERVICE, REPLACE BELTS AND USE QUALITY OIL

PROOF OF THE ABOVE MUST BE SHOWN AND SUBMITTED

UNLESS STATED WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY MILEAGE OF ANY ENGINE WE SELL OR INDEED ANY PART WE SELL. ENGINES WE SELL MUST BE SERVICED ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURERS GUIDELINES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL DEEM ANY WARRANTY VOID.

GEARBOX SALES

ANY GEARBOX WE SELL ARE SECOND HAND AND NOT NEW OR RECONDITIONED

GEARBOXES MUST BE FITTED IN ACCORDENCE WITH MANUFACTURERS GUIDELINES

UNLESS STATED WE CAN NOT GUATANTEE ANY MILEAGE OF ANY GEARBOX WE SELL. 

CAR SALES - TERMS AND CONDITONS OF SALE

UNLESS STATED ALL VEHICLES WE SELL WHICH INCLUDES CARS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE SOLD ON THE BASIS OF SPARES OR REPAIRS AND MUST BE TOWED OR TRAILERED AWAY BY YOU THE BUYER.

WE SELL A MIXED ARRAY OF VEHICLES, SOME HAVE MOT AND OTHER MAY NOT. SOME HAVE FAULTS THAT NEED TO BE RECTIFIED BEFORE YOU THE BUYER DRIVES THE VEHICLE ON THE PUBLIC ROAD.

WE TRY OUR BEST TO DESCRIBE ANY FULT THAT WE FIND.

WE ALWAYS WELCOME ANY INSPECTION ON ANY VEHICLE AA, RAC OR ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT INSPECTS VEHILES. AS A BUSINESS WE HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE AND LIKE TO PROVIDE YOU THE BUYER WITH A VEHICLE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY TO OWN AND DRIVE.

DELIVERY – POSTING & PACKAGE

For small items capable of being shipped by courier, unless otherwise stated, we will aim to ship your order within four (4) to six (6) working days of it being placed.

Collection In Person

If you have not taken delivery of the goods within four (4) weeks of our notifying you that they are ready, we may, after giving you reasonable prior notice in writing, resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the goods and, after deducting reasonable storage and selling costs, pay you for any excess over the price of the goods or charge you for any shortfall below their price.

If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the order in instalments, we may charge you extra delivery costs. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.

Lager Item or Item’s:

When buying an lager item or item’s we do very thing we can to keep the price of shipping to a low but how ever due to lager or over size item or item’s  select courier will have to be used please note depending on your location there might be an extra charge.

Any large item or item’s be ship or posted to you must allow up to 14 day working days to reach you from time of ordering benign placed with us.

On large items, we are happy to recommend a delivery service for the goods. We will always do our best to get a good deal for our customers and can provide you with a delivery quote upon request. On most deliveries for larger items, we ask that you pay the courier or shippers direct and that you communicate directly with them once the goods have left our premises. Obviously, we will help where we can. You are also more than welcome to arrange a courier yourself or to collect the item from us in person.

All smaller items sent by us via courier companies or Royal Mail will be fully insured against loss or damage. This cost is included in the shipping cost. Items picked up by your own delivery companies or sent by third party delivery services recommended by us are not covered by us. They should all have their own insurance but for the avoidance of doubt please confirm this with them.

Express Items:

For customers who wish to have item or item’s express to them please note this done at an extra charge to you. Please note if you need your item to be with you on the weekend – this will incur an extra charge as many courier companies and Royal charge for this service.

All items at are sent by post or other courier companies will be tracked and sign for you. If you have selected your own courier company please make sure you have your tracking number off them.
